North Sea offshore workers have met union leaders to discuss potential strike action in the fight for paid holidays.
Union members went through a seven-year court battle to argue that shift patterns in the offshore sector breached European rules, but lost their case last year.
RMT has now held the first of a series of meetings to gauge member support for industrial action or any other alternatives.
The first meeting was in Glasgow this month, where workers called for a referendum on an industry-wide ballot for industrial action. RMT union organiser Jake Molloy said various forms of industrial action were discussed, while members also supported calls for workers to stop working additional hours if their employers requested it.
