XODUS Group, the Aberdeen-based energy consultant, has announced the appointment of Liz Foubister as alternative-energy director.
Ms Foubister will lead the alternative-energy drive for Xodus and be responsible for rolling out an increased service offering to the growing global renewables industries and the emerging carbon-capture and storage market.
She has extensive experience in alternative energy and has been employed as a consultant with Xodus for four years.
Recently, she has overseen expansion by the group into the marine renewables sector; primarily through the group’s environmental division, Xodus Aurora.
Xodus chief executive Colin Manson said: “Wind and marine renewables and carbon-capture and storage will significantly influence the company’s future growth.”
Xodus, which employs more than 270 people, also has offices in Edinburgh, London, Orkney and Perth, Australia.
