THE shortlist for the British subsea industry’s awards has been revealed.
Eleven companies and individuals are in the running for the Subsea UK Business Awards.
The honours recognise excellence and achievement across the rapidly expanding subsea sector.
Shortlisted entrants are:
Best Young Personality, sponsored by Subsea 7: Laura Cruickshank of Nautronix; James Knipe of MCS.
Best New Business to the Subsea Industry, sponsored by Simmons & Company: Flexlife; PDL; WellMack.
Company of the Year, sponsored by Wood Group: Subsea 7, Hallin Marine; Tracerco.
Greatest Individual Contribution to the Industry, sponsored by Subsea UK: Stewart Smith of ANSYS; James Milne of Balmoral Group; David Brookes of BP.
The winners will be announced at the Subsea UK business awards dinner, sponsored by Technip, on Wednesday, February 11. The event is at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Subsea UK chairman Alistair Birnie said: “These awards are an opportunity for the subsea profession to recognise those high-flying organisations and individuals who have shown flair, creativity and vision in our industry.”
