ABERDEEN harbour announced the appointment of two new board members yesterday and the reappointment of Chris Lloyd as chairman.
Malcolm Laing and Howard Woodcock replace departing board members Anne Scott and David Young
Mr Laing, a corporate lawyer, is a partner at Ledingham Chalmers, while Mr Woodcock is chief executive of Bibby Offshore Holdings.
Harbour chief executive Colin Parker said: “I’m delighted to announce Chris’s reappointment as chairman. He has contributed significantly over the last year and will continue to play a key role in the decisions that determine the future development of Aberdeen harbour. I am equally sure that Malcolm and Howard will be welcome additions to the board at a time of significantly high levels of activity and investment in modern fit-for-purpose facilities at the port.”
