Last year saw the biggest changes at Aberdeen energy service giant Wood Group in its 40-year-plus history.
In February, it said it was selling its well-support division to the oil and gas arm of American conglomerate General Electric (GE) for about £1.8billion.
The deal meant a change of ownership for an operation employing about 100 people at Peterhead and a further 3,700 at sites in Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela.
GE Oil and Gas already employed about 1,200 people in the north-east at Vetco Gray sites in Aberdeen and Montrose.
The other major change at Wood Group last year was absorbing smaller rival and fellow Aberdeen company PSN into the business.
The £606million deal for PSN was announced in late 2010.
Wood Group now employs more than 38,000 people worldwide and operates in 50 countries.
