ExxonMobil was able to add 1.8billion oil-equivalent barrels of proven resources to its reserves base last year, replacing 107% of production. Excluding the impact of asset sales, reserves additions replaced 116% of output. This is the 18th year on the trot that the US super-major has replaced more than 100% of its production.
