A delegation from Norway’s oil capital will be in Aberdeen today to develop links between the cities.
The mayor of Stavanger, Christine Sagen Helgo, arrived in the Granite City yesterday and said the two cities shared important contracts in both the public and private sectors, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
Mrs Helgo said she would speak to organisations such as Aberdeen City Council, Acsef and Aberdeen Renewable Energy Group to share experience and knowledge.
