Although Noreco has yet to conclude drilling operations on its Eik prospect, exploration well in the Norwegian sector of the Barents Sea, block 7228/1, PL396, preliminary drilling results indicate that the well does not signal commercial hydrocarbons. It targeted resources estimated at 130-310million barrels.
