Senergy has opened new offices in Aberdeen and Dubai as part of expansion plans.
The Aberdeen energy service company said yesterday 100 of its 320-strong north-east workforce had moved into new premises in Queen’s Terrace, while it had recruited 30 people for its Dubai base. Senergy said it was closing its Bon Accord Square office.
Les Coats, the firm’s general manager for Europe, said: “Our new facility in Queen’s Terrace allows us to bring related service lines together in one office, while also providing us with significant capacity for further growth.”
Senergy is hoping to recruit another 20 in Dubai in the coming months.
Chief executive James McCallum, who will be based in Dubai, said: “We are consolidating our position in the Middle East and enhancing our ability to deliver our specialist integrated services and technical expertise to customers around the world.”
