The trade body which represents energy companies in the Highlands and islands will meet operators and service companies in the north-east next week.
Energy North will discuss how it can support the sector in Aberdeen city and shire when it meets companies at Aberdeen City Council’s Marischal College headquarters from midday on Monday.
The event is part of Energy North’s plans to expand its presence in the north-east.
Chief executive Ian Couper said: “In the past year Energy North has been successful in driving awareness of the north’s skills shortage and supporting operators to access new supply-chain partners outside Aberdeen’s crowded market.
“This meeting is an important opportunity for the local industry to shape the services we provide to match its needs.”
