Transocean has bagged a 20-month contract worth $360million with ENI for its deepwater semi-submersible drilling rig Sedco Express.
The rig will be working on a day-rate of $600,000 in Nigerian waters, starting in February. The rig is currently in the Eastern Mediterranean where it has been drilling on behalf of Noble Energy at $500,000 per day.
