Former Amec director Neil Bruce has been appointed to the board of Air Energi.
The recruitment firm said Mr Bruce, who stepped down as Amec’s chief operating officer in October, had joined as its senior independent non-executive director.
Mr Bruce, who left Amec as part of an organisational restructure, had been with the international engineering and project-management company since 1997. He was made an OBE for services to engineering a year ago and has been the chairman of the UK oil and gas advisory board of government agency UK Trade and Investment since 2009.
