North-east energy service firm SeaEnergy said yesterday a recent acquisition was performing strongly and was close to signing new deals in the North Sea and internationally.
The Westhill company bought Aberdeen-based Return to Scene (R2S), which analyses offshore installations and crime scenes, in a potential £10million-plus deal last year and said it was on the verge of winning work with new and existing clients and had hit turnover targets despite delays to offshore projects in recent months.
SeaEnergy also said it had launched a consultancy and taken part in a tender for an offshore windfarm service vessel in recent months.
Chairman David Sigsworth said: “I am very pleased that we are able to report significant delivery across all of the strands of the strategy we set out less than a year ago, and we are looking forward to updating the market on further progress throughout 2013.”
