Troubled engineering group Cosalt announced yesterday it was in administration.
David Kelly and Andrew Ross of professional service firm PwC were appointed joint administrators on Friday, the Grimsby firm added.
The move was widely expected after Cosalt, about £17million in debt and at the centre of a fraud investigation, sold the Aberdeen and Norway operations of its Cosalt Offshore subsidiary.
Completion of the sale to NBGI Private Equity, saving 200 jobs, was announced on Sunday.
