A former director of the Scottish Qualifications Authority, John McDonald, pictured, has joined Opito as director of international workforce development based in Dubai.
The offshore industry’s skills and training body has also announced it has doubled the size of its Dubai offices and increased its overseas workforce to 22. A further four positions are to be created over the next 12 months.
