The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) said yesterday it was considering if Global Energy Group’s multimillion-pound takeover of iFAB lessened competition in the UK fabrication market.
The OFT has invited interested parties to comment on the deal between the two Highland firms, a process the body goes through for every merger or acquisition in the UK.
