Energy giant Shell has unveiled plans to build the Philippines’ first liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal.
The operator said it could make a final investment decision within the next 12 months and start work within two to three years.
The value of the potential investment in a terminal near Shell’s Tabangao refinery was not disclosed.
