Iraqi Kurkuk oil supplies will resume within the next two or three days after being halted by a leak, according to reports today.
Oil supplies had not been loaded onto tankers at the Turkish port of Ceyhan for more than a fortnight after a lack of oil in storage was compounded by a leak in the pipeline that stopped pumping.
Reuters reported that flow through the line from Kirkuk to Ceyhan was due to resume within the next two to three days. The last tanker sailed with oil from the line on June 22.
