Aberdeen oil company Dana Petroleum paid its top-earning director remuneration totalling £581,000 in 2012, accounts show.
The figure, which includes benefits awarded under a long-term incentive plan, is up from £442,000 the year before.
The director was not named in the firm’s annual accounts, released by Companies House.
