The president of Mozambique will fly his country’s flag at a two-day conference in Aberdeen this week.
The East African country has emerged as a surprise player on the energy map in recent times after a series of giant offshore gas discoveries.
The Aberdeen conference is being organised by the Mozambique High Commission in London and Aberdeen City Council and will be staged on July 25-26.
Gordon McIntosh, director of enterprise, planning and infrastructure at Aberdeen City Council, tells Energy Voice about putting the unique conference together.
