Canadian energy consultancy firm Ziff has been bought by HSB Solomon Associatates.
Ziff Energy offers consulation services for exploration and production across more than 4300 production fields in North America.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We can now deliver a full range of benchmarking and consulting services across the entire oil and gas supply chain for the world’s largest energy providers.”
