India-focused exploration firm Jubilant Energy has named Rakesh Jain as its intended new chief executive for an initial three-year term.
The 54-year-old former chief executive of Suntera Energy and MD of Hindustan Oil will take over from Ajay Khandelwal, who left six months ago to pursue other interests.
London-listed Jubilant is looking to confirm Jain’s appointment at an EGM next month.
