Aberdeen-based Kongsberg Maritime is to create 20 additional posts at its base in Westhill for a major contract with Statoil.
An international engineering team has already been established for delivery of the contract, and a team will also be set-up in Westhill to support Mariner once it produces oil.
Kongsberg Maritime, which employs 142 people in Aberdeen, has recruited five additional automation engineers this year in the build-up to the project.
A further 15 posts will be created over the next two years to support the contract.
