Aberdeen headquartered services company, EnerMech, has completed its acquisition of Stork Australia and New Zealand as the firm looks to expand its “global integrity”.
The sale for an undisclosed sum “brings a strong portfolio of clients from a diverse range of sectors”, according to the north-east business.
Stork Australia and New Zealand have customers in defence, mining, chemicals, and energy industries between them.
EnerMech also has access to the Stork-owned Cooperheat business which provides on-site services and project management, the manufacturing of bespoke ovens and furnaces, and heat treatment equipment.

The granite city based firm has been doing business in Australia for over a decade, delivering on projects and servicing operating assets across energy, alternative energy, infrastructure and mining sectors.
