Companies looking to enter the oil and gas supply chain are being given a chance to get expert advice at a series of events across Scotland.
The Scottish Enterprise access events will take place in Dundee and Glasgow, aimed at opening up the supply chain for companies currently outside the traditional energy industry boundaries.
“We’ve been approached by companies who say, we see a lot of activity in oil and gas but we want to understand more about the sector,” said Scottish Enterprise’s David Rennie.
“This is not about moving the supply chain away from Aberdeen. It’s about broadening and deepening the supply chain.”
The first event takes place in Dundee on November 28, followed by one in Glasgow on December 9.
