Irish exploration firm Petroceltic has postponed drilling work at its Black Sea prospect.
The company had planned to drill two exploration wells off the Romanian coast this year, but after drilling the Cobalcescu South-1 well, the Prometeu rig has returned to base for unscheduled repairs.
Drilling on the Muridava-1 well, which the company hopes could produce up to 170 billion cubic feet of gas, is now scheduled for the first quarter of next year.
