India-focused oil and gas firm Jubilant is celebrating after successfully testing its latest well in the Kharsang field.
The KSG-70 well, the sixth of the extension project for the field, was successfully tested for oil after a revised drilling depth of 1.075m.
The firm said the well, the last to be drilled as part of the extension, was producing via artificial lift.
Meanwile the fifth development well on the extension has been also been successfully developed, the company confirmed.
