A north-east hydraulics firm has won contracts worth over £1million, including work refurbishing parts from Piper Bravo and Fulmar.
ITC Hydraulics will dismantle equipment on board the platforms, which will be taken to its Oldmeldrum base for overhaul, before being returned and commissioned offshore.
Drilling, well service and engineering firm Odfjell Drilling has awarded the company contracts for the work worth £634,000. Another project will see ITC supply a bespoke winch package for Odfjell Drilling, for the Piper Bravo installation.
ITC also won a contract with lifting, deck machinery, subsea tooling and excavation firm Fisher Offshore, to design and manufacture 14 hydraulic power units.
ITC Hydraulics was established in 1999 to service the offshore, subsea, agricultural, mobile and industrial sectors. ITC’s client list includes Subsea 7, Aker Solutions and Oceaneering.
