Casing accessory and completion tool firm Downhole Products has doubled the size of its US facility.
The announcement – which is being made at OTC this morning – comes as the company celebrates its 20th anniversary.
At 29,000 square feet, the new Houston office and warehouse facility is double the size of previous premises and is located in the World Houston International Business Centre in the city’s Greenspoint district. Downhole Products managing director Ian Kirk said: “The Americas continue to be a key marketplace for us so it is vital that we have the correct infrastructure in place to deal with the needs of our growing client base. This new base is ideally located and will provide a springboard from which we can continue to expand our presence.
“We anticipate that ongoing growth in the US will result in the requirement for additional personnel and we look forward to welcoming new faces to the Downhole Products team in the coming months.”
