Wood Group finalises joint venture with Siemens

Wood Group technicians in Houston to prepare to test an overhauled Solar Mars gas turbine

Wood Group today finalised its joint venture with Siemens AG.

The two have joined forces to form Ethos Energy.

The gas turbine services joint venture consists of Wood Group’s maintenance and power solutions and Siemens’ TurboCare, which provides aftermarket gas turbine, steam turbine and generator design.

Wood Group owns 51% of Ethos Energy and Siemens owns the remaining 49%.
