DOF Subsea Norway has won a call-off from Statoil for survey work.
DOF Subsea landed the work as part of an existing survey frame agreement with Statoil for Multibeam Echosounder (MBE) inspection and AUV survey services in the North Sea.
The call-off is expected to last for 50 days and will be carried out this summer. The offshore support and ROV vessel, Libas, has been called in for the 50-day stretch.
Under the contract, DOF Subsea’s Norwegian division will manage the vessel-based MBE pipeline inspection in shallow waters, deep water AUV pipeline survey and the AUV coral mapping.
