Edinburgh-based Bowleven has entered into a drill-to-earn arrangement with Africa Fortesa Corporation (AFC) over its Cameroon assets.
In return for drilling two exploraion wells on the African-focused firm’s Bomono permit, estimated to cost around $13-15million, AFC will earn a 20% interest in the licence.
Drilling is set to start before the end of this year.
