Over the past 40 years SPE Aberdeen has evolved into a neutral platform where the industry can discuss, debate and collaborate.
And as the organisation celebrates its four decade milestone it plans to only build on its much established platform, according to Anthony Onukwu.
When Energy Voice sat down with the SPE chairman, who said the organisation will be around for the extraction of the North Sea’s last drop of oil, he openly reflected on SPE’s varied history. He discussed the transition from green to brownfields, tipped next year’s hot topic and talked about the significant role SPE will play in nurturing the industry’s brightest sparks.
