Wood Group today confirmed it completed its $164million acquisition of Agility Projects.
The Norwegian engineering, procurement, construction management, installation and commissioning firm is a subsidiary of Agility Group.
It has operations in Oslo, Stavanger, Bergen and Moss.
Wood Group previously confirmed the move would see the acquired firm operate within Wood Group Mustang’s offshore business.
Current Agility Group chief executive Otto Søberg will head the initiative and he’ll be supported by the existing Agility Projects management team.
