AusTex has signed two gas gathering contracts for its Snake River project in Oklahoma.
The agreements will allow the US gas firm to shift the sale of its gas to another gas gather, should Area Two or Area Three encounter a crisis.
It’s expected the sale from the supply would be up to 15% higher than the existing contract for Area One and Area Two which ends in June 2017.
The gas sold under this contract represents roughly 60% of the company’s production over the last 60 days.
