BP has selected Jacobs Engineering to hold its role as strategic supplier of mid-cap work on a global basis.
The contract value has not been disclosed, but it replaces a similar contract that has been in place since 2002.
The deal includes two multi-year regional framework agreements where Jacobs will provide engineering, procurement and construction management services.
It will also see personnel at BP’s global refinery, petrochemical and terminal sites.
Gary Mandel, executive vice president, said: “We are very pleased to continue our long history of supporting BP’s downstream business through these new professional services regional framework agreements.
“We look forward to working with BP to achieve safe, reliable and profitable operations globally.”
