Key Petroleum said testing operations had been completed at the Dunnart-2 well in the Perth Basin after no commercial hydrocarbons were discovered.
The company said the well has been decommissioned and the rig is now set to be released.
Key said the company continues to view EP347 as prospective and continues to discuss options for drilling additional wells including the Conder South and Wye Knot prospects.
