Marine services group Sea Trucks has won its first contract in Brazil providing accommodation support to Saipem for up to 300 personnel.
Sea Trucks will deliver lifting operations, storage support and logistic support services for modifications of an FPSO.
It has selected accommodation support vessel, the recently upgraded Jascon 28, to carry out the work. The vessel has a 270-ton capacity main crane and will be connected to the FPSO via its 42.5 m hydraulic heave compensated telescopic gangway.
Work will commence by September with the contract set for a minimum period of four months.
