Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday that talks were ongoing with Ankara on the TurkStream gas pipeline project and that Moscow had agreed for a 10.25 percent gas price discount for Turkey.
Novak also told reporters the gas price discount agreement between Russian gas company GazpromĀ and Turkey’s Botas was not yet signed.
His comments came after Turkish officials told Reuters on Thursday the talks had been suspended after Moscow failed to sign off on a key gas price discount agreement.
