Lime Petroleum Norway has extended an agreement with EnQuest Norge to acquire their 50% stake in each of the PL760 and PL760B licenses.
The company is a jointly-controlled entity in which Hibiscus Petroleum owns a 35% stake.
The operators at both licences are Total with a 50% interest, and Lime Norway with a further 50% after approval was given by the relevant authority.
The licences are located some 25km west of the Norne field in the Norwegian Sea.
