Weir Group has launched a recruitment hunt of a new general counsel and company secretary after a company veteran confirmed his retirement.
Keith Ruddock, who currently holds the senior role, will leave his post at the end of the year.
A spokesperson said: “Keith has served as a member of the Group Executive since his appointment to the role in 2012. The Board would like to thank Keith for his contribution to the success of the Group and wish him well in the future.”
The Glasgow-based engineering firm recorded an annual revenue of £2.4billion last year. It operates in more than 70 countries and employs more than 15,000 people.
