Taqa Bratani said a consultation over headcount reductions launched in August has now concluded with the loss of 100 offshore core crew positions.
The company previously announced it was considering the move which was most likely to affect contractors.
It is understood the main contractor affected has been Wood Group.
A spokeswoman said: “In relation to the offshore organisation changes announced in August as part of our focus to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable operations and development in the UK North Sea, I can confirm that the consultation process in conjunction with our key contractor companies has concluded and our new offshore organisation structure is in place, resulting in a reduction of around 100 offshore core crew positions as planned.”
The company said the move was not in response to a change in shift pattern that many companies have been making to three on, three off.
Taqa is set to retain its two weeks on, three weeks off shift pattern.
Oil and Gas UK have estimated that since the beginning of the oil price decline last year around 5,500 jobs have been affected in the industry.
The body’s chief executive Deirdre Michie previously said that figure could be a conservative one.
Earlier this week Chevron said it was in consultation over headcount reductions from across its North Sea operations by 140 positions.
