Guanghui Energy has agreed to import LNG from Petronas.
The LNG provider said it would start to supply LNG to the company from 2017.
It will be transported to Guanghui‘s terminal in Jiangsu province with planning capacity to store an estimated 600,000 tonnes a year when the first phase of the construction is ready to operate.
The move has the potential to expand to store up to three million tonnes a year.
