Petrofac has landed UKCS contract extensions, totalling $400million.
Centrica issued a two-year extension to the service firm for its 8A platform in the Rough field, while Enquest issued a five-year contract extension, which includes Petrofac continuing on as the duty holder for the Kittiwake platform.
Walter Thain, managing director, Petrofac Offshore Projects & Operations said: “We’ve enjoyed productive and long-standing relationships with our customers in the UKCS and these contracts are a great demonstration of how we can continue to work in partnership to efficiently deliver in line with their individual business and operational needs and our own standards.”
This is the second round of contract extension wins for the firm.
