Petrobras has terminated two contracts for two vessels from Solstad Offshore.
The contracts for the Normand Trym and Normand Vibran had originally been valid until the thid quarter of 2017.
The decision comes as Solstad revealed it had found an international buyer for the Normand Drott vessel with delivery expected in January next year.
Last month, Solstad Offshore said it had been awarded platform installation work for one of its vessels with Chevron in Thailand.
The oil major will use its Norce Endeavour during its Gulf of Thailand campaign next year.
The work is being carried out for Chevron Thailand exploration and production and Chevron Pattani.
