Shoreline Energy said it has filed for bankruptcy.
The company filed an assignment under section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act earlier this month.
In addition all of the directors of the company have also resigned.
A note is expected to be sent to all creditors of the bankruptcy within five days.
