UK-based oil firm Savannah Petroleum has started drilling a fourth well in its current campaign in Niger.
The Eridal-1 well, located in the Agadem Basin, south-east Niger, was spudded on July 27.
Drilling is expected to take about a month, using Rig GW-215.
he well is planned to be drilled to a total depth of 2,592 metres.
