Nighthawk Energy’s water flood project in Colorado has secured sufficient approval from third-party owners for the Arikaree Creek water flood project in Colorado.
The London-listed company has now received signed approvals that exceed the required 80% approval threshold for the pilot project to progress.
Having received the required 80% approval, Nighthawk said it is confident regulatory approval will be given by the Colorado Oil and Gas Commission at a hearing scheduled for June 6-7 when it will consider the company’s application to amend the original water flood filing.
