Oilfield Helping Hands (OHH), a non-profit charitable organization set up in Houston, Texas, is helping oil workers who’re facing financial hardship as a consequence of Hurricane Harvey.
OHH is made up of board members and volunteers all looking to help oilfield families who’ve been left without a source of income due to being put out of work.
The organization seeks to help families and individuals in and around the Houston area in the southern state of Texas as they rebuild their homes and lives.
The requirements that OHH has set out in terms of eligibility are that applicants must work for one of the OHH’s corporate members, have minimum 5 years work experience with the E&P sector and at least 75% of their income must derive from that employment.
Financial aid already set aside by OHH and applications can be completed at oilfieldhelpinghands.org.
