First Integrated Solutions has formed a strategic partnership with Norwegian firm GS Oiltools.
The move will see both companies cooperating on lifting and inspection operations as well as ATEX rated heaters, lighting systems and hydraulic tool supply.
The company said it also has ambitious development plans for entering new overseas markets this year including West Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific regional expansion on the back of the agreement.

GS Oiltools was founded in January 2011 and specialises in sales, rental and maintenance operations for drilling and well interventions.
